We work with local farmers and producers to source fresh high quality vegetables that we prepare in a brine to make a delicious fiery slaw that we call Pikay. Pikay is a Certified SC Product that does not contain any artificial colors or artificial flavors and is free of additives and preservatives, making every spicy bite worth your patience. Our Pikay Fire Slaw is the perfect complement to any dish, and can even be used as a marinade!
